We are seeking applicants for our Manager in Training Program (MIT). This comprehensive training program provides educational opportunities, rotational trainings, and functional hands-on experience to prepare the MIT for a Branch Manager position within the Credit Union. The trainee will rotate between Credit Union branches, as assigned, and will train in member transactions, account opening, loans, member referrals, leading employees, managing work schedules, solving issues for employees, as well as, members, and ensuring that company policies, procedures and security protocols are followed.
