RN, Home Health - Hours: Days, rotating weekends, on call coverage - Required Travel: to patient homes What you will need: - License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required - Education: Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferred - Certification: Current BLS/CPR certification required - Experience: Minimum 1-year experience in a hospital setting, prefer home care experience. - Skills: Excellent communication, assessment & customer service skills. Must have reliable transportation What you will do: - Provide nursing services for patients in a non-hospital environment as ordered by the physician according to NorthShore Home Services policies and procedures.
