We’re an independent, lady-owned and family-run car dealership in Greer, SC looking to expand our team. We work hard to source 100% of our inventory privately (no auction cars) and this has made a massive difference in our internal processes and customer satisfaction.

  • We close at 6pm on weekdays and 4:00pm on Saturdays (no long hours!)

Here Are The Main Job Duties...

  • Follow up with in-bound leads daily via phone, text and email
  • Handle common objections, schedule interested leads for face-to-face appointments
  • Appraise vehicles, communicate with management daily about potential deals
  • Greet customers, shows vehicles, facilitate test drives, and handle initial negotiations
  • Assist customers in submitting applications for financing
  • Generate and help customers sign deal paperwork and / or turn over to closing manager
  • Record all activity in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool
  • Attend quarterly team dinner meetings at owner's house, provide input to help improve operations
There's NO "pounding the pavement" to try and drum up business for us. We invest thousands every month to provide you with all the leads you need to hit our company's goals. We just need you to help guide those leads to transact with us.

Here Are The Preferred Skills & Attributes...

  • FLUENCY IN SPANISH IS A BIG PLUS!
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication is a must. (You'll be communicating all day long)
  • Extroverts will be most comfortable in this position, but 50/50 Introvert/Extroverts can do great too
  • Strong social & emotional intelligence
  • High school diploma required. College degree preferred but not necessary
  • Demonstrated experience in following clear processes / procedures is preferred
  • Must be able to type 45 WPM with 95% accuracy. Must possess basic computer and internet skills
  • Strong, consistent work ethic, positive attitude and ability to work well with others
  • No auto dealership experience is required (in fact, we might even prefer NO previous dealership experience)

The Sales Consultant is an essential role for our company. You are the life-blood of our business. We generate hundreds of leads per month, and 10-15% of those leads end up buying from us. We need you to help turn those leads into happy, transacting customers!

Compensation & Benefits
  • $50k - $80k annually (monthly draw, pay based on flat commission per deal with extra bonuses)
