We are seeking a highly motivated and driven sales professional to join our team as a B2B Fiber Sales Representative. In this commission-only role, you will be responsible for developing and closing sales of our fiber-optic internet and data solutions to businesses across various industries. Qualified leads will be provided to you. You will have the opportunity to earn unlimited income potential based on your sales performance.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up on qualified leads provided by the company and conduct consultative sales presentations to highlight the benefits of our fiber-optic solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their unique needs and requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales with decision-makers within prospective client organizations.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospects, and closed deals in our CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in our product portfolio.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably within the telecommunications or technology industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong desire to succeed in a commission-only sales environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage your sales pipeline effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- High level of resilience and persistence in overcoming objections and closing deals.
Compensation:
- This is a commission-only position with no base salary or benefits.
- Competitive commission structure based on sales performance, with uncapped earning potential.
- Commissions are paid on a monthly or quarterly basis, depending on the sales cycle and contract terms.
