Role Overview
Summary of Job: NorthStar is growing across the country and looking for skilled CRNAs to join our elite travel team! With ASCs and hospitals in more than 20 states and continued expansion on the horizon, we are excited to add to our Clinical Support Solutions Team! This team of premier CRNAs and anesthesiologists support our new hospital partners and anesthesia teammates through their initial anesthesia transition, as well as our existing sites for short term clinical support. This full time, salaried travel position offers many perks including travel logistics support, licensing and credentialing specialists, a competitive time off and compensation structure, as well as annual CEU funds, full benefits, and a 401k with a company match. Clinicians in this role will practice anesthesia full time as well as support operational projects to improve OR efficiencies and patient outcomes, lead by example and embody NorthStar's core values, and work closely with our new teammates and NorthStar clinical leadership to support successful anesthesia transitions around the country.
