PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The IT Support Coordinators primary responsibility is to provide prompt technical support for employees at all Northview Campuses. Technical support will be for all user related hardware, (including hardware and software of user workstations) and integrated peripherals (such as printing, scanning and access to network and cloud storage). This position is an exempt full-time position in the Operations Ministry.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Gives Ministry Away
- Actively monitors IT help desk system and responds to requests for assistance in person, via phone, and/or via remote assistance software
- Troubleshoots, tests, and follows through to ensure user issues are correctly resolved
- Advises users on appropriate solutions in keeping with IT best practice and security policies
- Keeps IT documentation up to date as it pertains to end user workstations and procedures
- Modifies Active Directory, Office 365, and Subscription accounts to meet end users work needs
- Trains end users
- Research IT procedures and products to keep Northview up to date
- Handles any on-call after-hours emergencies, including Weekend Services
- Works with IT outsource providers to plan and implement computer network solutions
- Purchases and upgrades end users computers and workstation accessories to keep up with computer refresh schedules upon approval
- Works with IT team on large projects such as building new campuses
- Collaborates with Development Team to provide technical support for Check in Stations at all campuses
- Shows commitment toward cultural values
- Responds to email and voicemail within 24 hours on workdays
- Performs related duties as assigned by manager
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position works with volunteers and must have an understanding that volunteers are key to the ministry of the church. The employee must have a heart to recruit, train, equip and, support volunteers in fulfilling their roles.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
The minimum qualifications are a High school diploma or general education degree (GED), plus 2-3 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Related experience would be working in a Helpdesk environment providing support for Microsoft and Apple Operating Systems, servers and workstation hardware platforms.
