Position Summary:

The Private Banker is responsible for developing new and existing client relationships by providing unparalleled service complimented by a customized suite of products that fit the client’s needs for C-Suite Executives, Business Owners, high net-worth clients, and Professionals.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial consulting to high net-worth customers, defining financial goals and developing financial plans.
  • Establish a reputation of execution and excellence by gaining confidence of banking team.
  • Manage and maintain client relationshjps by earning trust, thoroughly understanding client needs, providing targeted advice, and solutions to fit the clients’ financial needs.
  • Generate and develop relationships with new private banking customers.
  • Maintain and grow relationships and portfolio with existing private banking customers.
  • Take a collaborative approach to providing first-class experience to clients.
  • Connect clients across lines of business to deepen customer relationships.
  • Meet yearly deposit and loan goals.
  • Actively network within the community.

Technical: Fluency in Jack Henry, loan platform systems or similar financial industry technology, Microsoft 365 and Office (Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Knowledge of banking products, services, policies, procedures and regulations.

Position Performance Standards:
Meet annual targets for deposit and loan goals.

Actively participate in community-based activities and company customer events within the company markets as defined annually.

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in related field Minimum 2-5 years working at a financial institution where success was evident in building client relationships and growing a portfolio of deposits and loans.
