Northwood is hiring for the position of Team Supervisor for the West Campus!
General Description
The Team Supervisor assumes a leadership function for the team to which they are assigned. The primary duties include the planning, supervising, organizing, communicating and coordinating functions that achieve team and organizational objectives. The Team Supervisor is a member of the Cabinet. Core responsibilities include coaching and development of staff and case management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree plus one (1) year experience in residential treatment
or
(2) years of experience in other related human services work.
Previous supervisory experience preferred.
