What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiting Coordinator position at NORTHWOOD INVESTORS LLC?
Job Summary: As a Recruiting Coordinator you will be responsible for creating job postings, attending job fairs and utilizing various digital platforms to source talented candidates. You will use an applicant tracking system to follow them through the entire process as well as HRIS software to aid with onboarding management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with various departments to assess staffing needs.
- Work with department heads to define qualifications for vacancy
- Draft and post job listings on digital recruitment platforms.
- Attend job fairs to recruit talent in person.
- Communicate with applicants throughout the interview process.
- Forward suitable candidates to department heads,
- Help Candidates apply and set up interviews.
- Utilize various outreach methods to create a talent pool.
- Onboard applicants.
Education & Experience:
- 2 years of experience in recruitment preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Associates degree or Bachelor’s in Human Resources management preferred.
- Bi-lingual language skills preferred

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time.
