●Performs a combination of administrative, professional, and analytical work of a responsible nature.
●Assigned to the following functional area of the Human Resources Department: recruitment, with a strong focus on Norwood
Public Schools recruitment.
●Coordinates the hiring process in accordance with the hiring policy and any applicable regulation or contract requirement,
including recruitment and hiring activities, as well as offer letters.
●Works closely with the staff members in the management of benefits and employee recruitment activities and related matters.
●May work as liaison between the payroll and human resources department.
●Will cross-train in all aspects of the Human Resources Department to assist in the maintenance of continuous service.
●May be required to attend special meetings and work on special projects; perform similar or related work as required and
directed.
●Other special projects as directed by the HR Director.
