We are currently seeking a Food & Beverage Director to join our team and assist the General Manager in promoting, managing, and coordinating the daily food and beverage operations of our hotel, including catering. As a Food & Beverage Director, you will set and achieve the highest standards in all areas of Food & Beverage and banquet operations, including the Curator experience, Guest experience, and financial results.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily food and beverage operations of the hotel, including catering
- Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and service in a safe, clean, and inviting atmosphere
- Set and achieve high standards in all areas of Food & Beverage and banquet operations, including the Team Member experience, Guest experience, and financial results
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Monitor and control expenses, including labor costs, food, and beverage costs, and supplies
- Manage and train restaurant Team Members on food and beverage service standards, safety procedures, and guest service
- Ensure all food and beverage operations comply with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain positive relationships with guests, vendors, and suppliers
- Handle guest complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner

- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel setting
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and train Team Members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests, vendors, and suppliers
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Salary : $57,600 - $73,000
