JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB SUMMARY :
Performs general maintenance duties, repair, and troubleshooting through the use of drawings, schematics, and interpretation / knowledge of applicable codes and safety regulations.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment and facilities.
- Perform adjustment of repair of items as required.
- Perform preventive maintenance duties that detect early signs of failure or maladjustment.
- Communicate and listen to operators, vendors, and other maintenance personnel to ensure the production readiness of machines.
- Work from machine design drawings, specifications, and handbooks.
- Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
- Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.
- Provide emergency repairs, scheduled repairs, and preventative maintenance of production equipment and facilities.
- Perform mechanical skills including, but not limited to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines and facilities.
- Clean and inspect equipment, repair / replace broken parts.
- Responsible for all repairs and maintenance of machinery, equipment such as, but not limited to, Fives, Orion, Pama, Parpas, WFL & Mazak CNC Machines, Lincoln, Miller & Vangard welding equipment and facilities.
- Maintain safe work practices and comply with all NOV Company and HSE procedures and policies.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS :
- Ability to work overtime including weekends and holidays required.
- Ability to read and understand electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
- Three (3) years of previous facility maintenance and production equipment experience.
- Knowledge of PPE.
- 8-10 hours daily
- Weekends
- Possible Holidays
- On Call Possible
