Job Posting for Spinner/Crane Operator (Night Shift) - CWK Conversion at NOV
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Able to correctly identify the size and style of mold to be spun
Ability to identify any problems with pole products
Able to properly use a crane to safely move pole products
Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the spinner machine

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
Must be able to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and drawings required to carry out the job.
Must be able to document the results of his/her job.
Must be able to keep a sufficient lead in a manner that maintains shipping flow.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Candidate must have a high school diploma or GED.
1-year fabrication shop or manufacturing environment experience a plus
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Repetitive movement with hands & fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools or controls include simple grasping, fine manipulation, pushing & pulling, and reaching with hands & arms.
Must be able to stand/walk for 6-8 hours a day; occasional sitting.
Requires frequent bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching.
Lifting 50 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
Must be able to work in a non-temp controlled work environment with personal protective equipment
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS
Safety glasses, hard hats, and steel-toe boots while in the shop area.
Hearing protection when required.
Must remember Safety comes first.
