What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Trainer position at Nova Biomedical Corporation?
Nova Biomedical is looking for a Sales Trainer to join our Sales team. The position is located onsite in our corporate office in Waltham, MA. In this role, you will teach sales training courses and coach our Account Executives. Training responsibilities include product feature/benefit training, product operation training, clinical applications, disease states, basic selling skills, presentation skills, policies and procedures. This role may also assist in the creation, maintenance and enhancement of training resources including course content and updates as well as develop and conduct training for new and tenured sales reps in North America. Must be able to effectively present various training modules to individual, small or large in person (90%) or virtual (10%) audiences while providing relevant feedback and coaching in order to improve observed behaviors in the field or classroom. Travel is required.
Qualifications-
-2 years teaching or corporate training experience is required.
-2 years of field sales or marketing experience in a medical or scientific field is required.
-Excellent presentation and organization skills plus the ability to interact with multiple departments and handle conflicting priorities.
-Exposure to MHI Globals Strategic Selling and Professional Selling Skills programs is a plus.
-Exposure to The Center for Leaderships Situational Leadership and DISC models is a plus
