Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls to online leads who have expressed interest in solar energy.
Engage leads in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and educate them on the benefits of solar energy.
Schedule appointments for leads to speak with our solar technicians.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the company CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable spending several hours per day on the phone.
Proficiency with CRM software is a plus.
