Our company is looking to hire a Business Management Partner who will work with our customers on a daily basis to ensure customer satisfaction and develop longevity in professional relationships while expanding our market territory. As we continue to grow, so does our need for a customer service trainee and leaders in our business. All of our Business Management Partners will receive full training in their new position. This includes but is not limited to training in customer service, sales, business development, and continued support and coaching from management throughout their careers as a Business Management Partner.


Business Management Partner Responsibilities:

  • Work with customers and engage with them on products and services our clients provide 
  • Build and maintain loyal and long-lasting professional relationships to expand customer rapport and potential new customer acquisitions 
  • Be a part of the entire sales process, from meeting with customers, listening to their desired needs, providing them with potential solutions, and closing the sale
  • Attend weekly sales team training to learn and understand our client product knowledge
  • Be able to meet or exceed our entry-level sales requirements and quotas to increase sales revenue
  • Work with a team of diverse individuals to expand knowledge on market research, and sales strategies and be able to apply the information within our local market
  • Develop coaching skills to take on leadership responsibilities and train other team members

Business Management Partner Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years experience in a customer service, sales or customer-facing role is preferred 
  • Negotiation and persuasive skills when working in a sales environment
  • Ability to work in a team environment and individually
  • Ample communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Reliable transportation to and from the office and when engaging with customers  
  • Strong desire to grow into a leadership position and take on more in your career
