What You Will Be Doing:
- Selling solar energy systems to qualified homeowners
- Managing existing accounts with the support of our operations team
- Training and building sales teams (if desired)
- Assisting with the company's growth and expansion plans through strategic planning
- Leadership development coaching for new hires
