About the Role:
- This crucial role will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling a high volume of interviews that take place at Novo
- This role helps to partner with hiring managers and teams, as well as establish and maintain meaningful relationships with candidates, management teams, and key internal stakeholders
- Schedule a high volume of interviews and oversee the coordination of onsite interviews
- Post new jobs via Greenhouse and ensure interview plans are accurate and up-to-date
- Reconcile Greenhouse with Charthop (planning software) on a regular basis to ensure hiring data is clean
- Effectively communicate cross-functionally with several hiring teams and stakeholders
- Be a detail-oriented process manager, ensuring no conversation or open position falls by the wayside
Requirements for the Role:
- Minimum of 1-2 years in a Recruiting Coordinator or related Talent Acquisition support role
- The ideal candidate is an organized thinker with strong follow-up skills and very strong attention to detail
- You should have the ability to handle a high volume of requests and remain cool under pressure
- Detail-oriented, organized and has excellent follow-through skills
