How You'll Perform The Role
This is a transitional position.
The proper candidate for the position will have the physical abilities and organizational skills to perform plant utility tasks and the job's documentation requirements. As the candidate moves from Trainee to Operator, they must have the mechanical aptitude to learn and operate a complicated machine that produces paper bags at a high rate of speed.
Carry out production, inspection, packaging, and machine operation duties. Set up machinery and ensure all materials are readily available. Read and verify line orders/dockets. Effectively monitor production equipment. Complete daily production paperwork. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow established safety rules and regulations.
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Shift: 3rd
Hours: 10 pm - 6:30 am
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Shift Differential: $.75

What We Need From You
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- One year of experience in a manufacturing or mechanical position.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen.
- Work overtime as required.
- Satisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management.
- Ability to perform the job’s essential functions with or without accommodation.
- The commitment to stay safe and to continue to learn and develop.
