Role summary:
This person will report directly to the Maintenance Supervisor and will be responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of the facility’s office spaces. In the role of Facility Custodian, you will be joining a world-class Maintenance team that is delivering innovative solutions to tough problems.
This position is fully onsite and working from our NLV office location in Lookout Valley. Currently, the working hours for this role are 3-11:30. Please note that as our company evolves, working arrangements, locations, and hours may change to meet business needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Performs general, routine custodial duties, to include dusting, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning restrooms, and restocking paper and soap supplies.
• Empties trash receptacles, disposes trash into dumpsters, and bags trash for proper disposal
• Cleaning linoleum, tile, and other floors
• Dusting all surfaces
• Using a floor scrubber
• Cleaning door trim
• Washing and sanitizing toilets and sinks
• Wiping down kitchen counters and surfaces
• Cleaning out refrigerator and cabinets
• Other duties as assigned

You are:

• Proven experience as custodian, janitor, or similar role
• High School graduate or equivalent
• A highly motivated self-starter who takes initiative
• Well organized and invested in the details
• Action-oriented
• Confident and able to exercise sound judgment
• Comfortable with ambiguity and changing environments
• An effective communicator
• Willing to go the extra mile to get the job done and satisfy customers/stakeholders
