- Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to the accounts.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakehold-
- ers.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet business
- quotas.
- Manage complex, multi-channel marketing projects with skill, professionalism and expertise.
- Proficiency with time management, budgeting, and program management.
- Brainstorm ideas, educate team members, provide constructive feedback and solve problems.
- Research, analyse, and synthesise data for recommendations, plans and proposals.
- Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Digital Marketer, Business Analyst or relevant associated role.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Deep digital understanding.
- Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
- Understanding of platform development, software, development process, measurement and analytics,
- internet technologies, team management strategies and systems.
