Job Description
An Ag Manufacturer who is currently searching for a Territory Manager to cover Wisconsin and Illinois. The employer prefers the person to live in Wisconsin. The main responsibility will be to maintain relationships with prospective and current dealers to promote and sell company products. It is highly preferred that the Territory Manager has experience in the agricultural industries. The Territory Manager will also assist customers with all phases of a sale, work with employees on product research and development, delivery and installation of products, and sales forecasting. Other responsibilities will include: answering customers' questions, recommend and demonstrate products and explain features, resolve problems and provide ongoing support. Will prepare estimates and bids, provide product samples and catalogs. Territory Manager will identify prospective customers, participate in organizations and clubs and attend trade shows and conferences. Will be responsible for monitoring market conditions and product innovations, following competitor's products, prices, and sales, preparing sales budgets and reports, keeping sales records, training customer's employees to operate and maintain new equipment, and generating team spirit by creating a work environment that fosters the highest level of employee cooperation, morale, and satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree; or five to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in the ventilation and/or agricultural industries are highly preferred.
- Sales and Marketing - Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
- Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
