JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective - Coordinates the activities of forming production and personnel.
Essential Functions
· Ensure all carts or racks timely transferred to individual dry room after forming.
· Update dry room products readiness status on daily basis to support packing process.
· Support urgent products arrangement on priority for packing.
· Keep dry rooms and air-dry areas clean with daily & weekly cleaning enforcement.
· Be available to support packing or forming after dry room tasks completed.
· Adhere to food safety/quality regulations.
· Ensuring compliance to product and process specifications.
· Properly and safely operate mixing machinery.
· Properly documenting production reporting data.
· Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
· Support supervisor on daily shift work arrangement.
· Check and maintain area within safe food quality standard.

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to food scents, some food allergens, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.

The employee is required climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 80 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Hours and days of work varied depending on shift and production demands.

Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
Preferred Education and Experience
6-12 months food manufacturing experience preferred.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
