Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Duties:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Respond to IT support requests in a timely manner
- Set up user accounts and profiles and manage access control
- Perform system upgrades and maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with network administrators to ensure efficient operation of the company's IT environment
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other peripherals
- Maintain accurate records of IT inventory and equipment
Experience:
- Proven experience in network administration, computer networking, technical support, and desktop support
- Strong knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP protocols, Windows Server operating systems, Mac OS platforms
- Familiarity with mobile devices and their integration into the corporate network
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
