Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Duties
- Assist in job posting and advertisement on various platforms
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Coordinate interviews and assessments
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure data accuracy
- Support campus recruitment initiatives
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for candidate tracking
- Manage social media recruitment campaigns
- Provide administrative support to the recruiting team
- Assist with new hire onboarding processes
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for relationship management with candidates and hiring managers
- Ability to negotiate effectively with potential candidates
- Familiarity with employment labor laws and regulations
- Proficiency in ATS systems such as Kronos or ADP is a plus
- Experience with campus recruitment programs is advantageous
- Knowledge of recruiting best practices and strategies
