You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze market trends, and develop effective marketing strategies to drive growth.
Responsibilities:
Market Expansion:
- Identify and evaluate potential markets for NSI’s products in assigned regions.
- Conduct market research to understand local customer needs, requirements, and competitive landscape.
- Develop market entry strategies and expansion plans.
Customer Insights:
- Gather customer feedback and insights through voice of customer.
- Understand customer pain points, expectations, and requirements.
- Translate customer insights into actionable recommendations for product development and marketing campaigns.
Product Positioning:
- Collaborate with product development team to define product positioning and requirements.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- Create compelling content (ex. brochures, sales collateral) that resonates with regional audiences.
Campaign Development:
- Plan and execute regional marketing campaigns (online and offline).
- Leverage digital marketing channels (social media, email, SEO) to reach target audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Relationship Building:
- Establish and maintain relationships with local partners, distributors, and industry influencers.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote NSI’s solutions.
Metrics and Reporting:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to regional marketing efforts and growth.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in regional marketing, preferably in semiconductors.
