What you'll be doing:
Own the strategic management and development of our Cellcom indirect channel to ensure our commitment to extraordinary customer service while meeting sales goals. Build and develop relationships with our indirect agent owners and team members to partner in the growth of their business and aligning our brand objectives. Visit agent locations to develop strategies, observe brand representation, and provide constructive coaching to foster a successful partnership. Assist in recruiting new agents, agent contracting/renewals, commission payment administration, management of co-op and marketing programs, and agent updates and communication. Collaborate with multiple departments to streamline the communication and policies for our indirect partners.
· Responsible for meeting indirect activation goals in each market; works with agents to meet their individual activation goals.
· Coach, motivate and develop growth in indirect partners to deliver extraordinary service within designated area.
· Provide performance updates on key initiatives to agent owners and/or store management during each visit and each month.
· Travel to indirect locations within area each month to monitor and observe the customer experience and execution of company initiatives. Establish and maintain work schedules ensuring sufcient time at each agent location while addressing administrative duties.
· Develop and execute selling strategies that meet the needs of the consumer/business market.
· Recommends and implements programs supporting agent sales including compensation programs, recognition programs and incentive programs.
· Develops plans for agent distribution expansion and works to recruit new agents in targeted areas.
· Works with new agents to ensure the successful launch and representation of Cellcom; establishes and maintains an agent onboarding process including background checks, start-up and co-op funding, system set-up and training.
· Works with training to develop and implement training and certification programs for new indirect partners and ongoing training.
· Works with agents to effectively utilize the agent resource system, including Agentlink and other available resources.
· Establishes, monitors and ensures compliance with standards of performance, commissions and contracts for agents.
· Works with under-performing agents to determine improvement plans; terminates agent contracts when appropriate.
· Recommends agent contract changes; develops, recommends and negotiates agreements with agents.
· Works with Marketing to ensure Cellcom promotions meet the needs of the indirect channel.
· Establishes timely and effective communications with agents including website updates, phone conferences, email communications and agent meetings.
· Drives system enhancements focused on the needs of agents.
· Meets with internal departments and participates on project teams representing the agent channel to assure agent channel needs are met.
· Performs additional related duties as requested or required.
What we're looking for:
You need to bring...
· Four-year degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or Retail Management, or equivalent experience
· Must have valid driver’s license.
It would also be helpful, but not required to have...
· Minimum three years leadership experience required. Experience managing multiple locations
· Minimum three years’ experience in sales required, wireless industry
