NTT Data is hiring Remote Customer Service Professional Local to the Providence Rhode Island Area.

Position's General Duties and Tasks

In These Roles You Will Be Responsible For

• Answer incoming phone calls from healthcare providers regarding benefits and eligibility, billing and payments, authorizations for treatment, explanation of benefits, etc.
• Create written correspondence if issues were not resolved during the call
• Conduct provider outreach phone calls to collect missing information from medical providers.
• Route inquiries needing further investigation to the appropriate department and conduct routine case checks as needed.
• Complete all relevant documentation necessary to track provider issues and facilitate the reporting of overall trends.
  
  

Requirements:

• Internet speed, 20 upload, 20 download
• 1 year experience working from home.
• 1 year(s) of healthcare industry experience in a hospital/doctor's office.
• 1 year experience working with computer applications to include Microsoft Office and Teams
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have Microsoft Office
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the healthcare insurance industry
• Analytical with problem resolution skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to type 40wpm
  
  

*** The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend's basis business requirement.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $20.00/hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
