NTT Data's client is currently seeking a SAP Technical Lead to join their team.

Job Description

• Strong in SAP Technologies consulting/ Implementations/ Global Rollouts / Upgrades/ /Application Modernization / Integrations / Managed Services
• Very strong presales & Solutioning experience along with large transformation programs consulting services
• Global experience in Delivery and Program management with onsite/ offshore delivery model
• Strong expertise in All functional modules of SAP, S4 HANA Cloud, Analytics, Middleware & Integrations
• Good experience in digital transformation programs and In-depth knowledge and working experience on latest technologies of Enterprise Application Services
• Provide thought leadership, critical insights, ideas for S4 HANA Migration solutions, recommending campaigns for Lead Generation for account mining and new business development.
• Be direct advisory for customers in driving transformations
• Act as a trusted advisor, effectively influences difficult decisions at the leadership-level of customer organizations
• Accountable for SAP S4 HANA upgrade & migration, to convert good number of opportunities.
• Responsible for SAP ERP end-to-end practice services, SOWs, growth, operations & delivery.
• Mandatory experience in handling the North America SAP implementation & Managed Services customers.
• Possess good presentations skills and negotiation Skills
• Experience in defining GTM strategy with SAP Alliance partners for business growth
• Cloud consulting services to assist customers in defining the cloud migration strategy
• Conducting sales campaigns in collaboration with Marketing and Sales team
• Increasing the Win ratio by minimum 2x growth by creating more digital innovative solutions to modernize the Applications
• Responsible for hiring the right talent for successful delivery of offshore projects.
• Effective Bench utilization and forecast planning
• Building new Service offerings and delivery models inline to Market dynamics
• Contribution towards Whitepapers, Learning and Knowledge Management
• Identifying process automation areas in each service offering of SAP
• Create new solution sets based on assessment of industry needs, market demands and knowledge of competitive offerings.
• Good Mentoring skills & driving the specializations & certifications.
• 8 years of years of experience.

About NTT DATA

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $80 to $88. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
