Job Description Dealer Service / Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales :
You must love helping people, and you must care about the well-being of everyone with whom you interact. As an integral member of our Customer Service Team, you must be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to our customers, sales team and co-workers. You can handle pressure and difficult conversations. You love being a part of a team. You have a need to get things done and a sense of urgency.
Your Day at Nu-Hope: You will spend your day answering phones helping customers and medical suppliers with technical product and order questions. Typical call load is 40 calls per day. You will be responsible for preparing orders for entry, entering orders and data into the ERP and following up on orders with production and customers.
Overview: Customer Service:
-Present a friendly, positive, caring and professional attitude in all phone and e-mail communications. -Have a sense of urgency with response to all dealer and customer service communications.
-Manage a large volume of work efficiently while maintaining a high level of productivity and professionalism.
-Provide answers to customers about frequently asked product questions, trouble-shooting, or warranty/repair issues.
-Initiative to find the best solutions that benefit all parties.
-Ability to learn product and to direct customers to the correct product based on that knowledge.
Inside Sales Support/Order Entry:
-Take full ownership of the entire order cycle from the initiation (preparing and entering sales orders) stage to the fulfillment (shipping) stage.
-Work with production, sales and the warehouse team to provide accurate ship dates of all products.
-A strong and evolving product knowledge is required in order to answer all product-related questions.
-Manage requests from multiple sales channels including US and Canadian accounts as well as internet customers.
-Analyze and evaluate past and current order trends to optimize new order generation and promote sales growth.
-Use product knowledge to up-sell ASAP orders by suggesting corresponding products at the order initiation stage.
-Increase profitability by mitigating losses in shipping, warranties and discounts.
-The ability to multitask and see projects through to completion in a timely manner.
Systems:
-Order Management: Entering orders, scheduling orders, confirming orders and adjusting orders. -Keep fully apprised of current inventory position and production schedule. -Other assignments as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
-Attention to detail, such as good grammar.
-Enjoys customer service and considers customer interaction fun.
-Curious, excited about learning, flexible and inquisitive.
-Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
-Thrives in a team environment and can still work independently.
-Self-motivated and dedicated to excellence with a sense of urgency.
-Medical/healthcare industry experience a plus.
-Has empathy.
-Microsoft Office Suite and ERP experience a plus.
