Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Salesperson to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing sales and engagement for both our B2C and B2B customer segments. Your responsibilities will include engaging with potential individual students and corporate partners, as well as managing a group of Ambassadors to ensure excellent student recruitment and brand representation. This position comes with a fixed salary of $40,000 a year and an attractive 2x bonus structure based on the overall performance of yourself and the group you manage.

Job Responsibilities

  • B2C Student Engagement:
    • Conduct outreach to potential individual students through phone calls and emails.
    • Handle inquiries, providing detailed information about Nucamp’s offerings.
    • Convert inquiries into enrollments.
  • B2B Partner Engagement:
    • Identify and engage potential corporate partners for bulk enrollments.
    • Create and deliver presentations to prospective B2B clients.
    • Manage and maintain ongoing relationships with corporate partners.
    • Convert inquiries into enrollments.
  • Ambassador Management:
    • Train and manage a team of Ambassadors.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
    • Oversee the activities of the Ambassador team, ensuring that they meet or exceed performance metrics.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Regularly evaluate the efficacy of student and partner recruitment strategies.
    • Ensure that Ambassadors uphold the quality and reputation of Nucamp.
  • Performance Reporting:
    • Generate and analyze performance reports for both B2C and B2B segments.
    • Communicate the outcomes to the senior management team.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with other departments to align recruitment strategies with broader company goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or enrollment management.
  • Experience in both B2C and B2B sales environments.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to train, manage, and motivate a team.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of integrity and accountability.
