The candidate who joins our team will be professional, friendly, diplomatic and on-point at all times. Our Spa Coordinators are responsible for superior guest service and store operating standards. Qualifications and Experience:
**Minimum 1 years front desk/client service experience within a medical spa environment
- Extensive customer service experience required
- Sales experience a must
Daily Responsibilities Include:
Greeting patients
Patient check-in/check-out
Answering multiple phone lines
Providing information regarding products and services
Effectively and efficiently scheduling and confirming appointments
Ensuring smooth delivery of guest service throughout the spa
Listening to guest concerns and finding appropriate resolutions
Working as a liaison between guests and service providers to ensure top-notch services
Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 6 hours in length
Provide patients with pre and post treatment instructions
Assist with treatment room turnover/set up when needed
Maintain cleanliness of front desk and reception area
Maintain professional appearance
Maintain patient confidentiality, including HIPAA and practice specific compliance guidelines

Familiar with using a multi-line phone system
Demonstrate computer literacy including use of office EMR, experience with Patient Now software is a plus
Possess excellent communication, organization and problem solving skills
Able to handle stressful conditions
Able to prioritize and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously
Able to work with frequent interruptions
Has a friendly, outgoing and can do attitude
Must be willing and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
