Med/Surg RN needed in Lewes, DE

Start: Ideal candidate can start as early as 08/21/2023. Will take candidates that can start before or after

Shift: Rotating Day/Night shifts available / 12 Hour Shifts / 36 Hours a Week

Weekend Requirements: Rotating Weekends

Call: None

Salary Range: $36.00/hour - $38.00/hour (based on education and experience)

***Sign on Bonus $10,000, payment terms $5,000 in after 3 months of employment/$5,000 after 6 months of employment. Further terms to be discussed during interview and offer.*** Only candidates with a minimum of 1 year acute care RN experience are eligible for the bonus!

REQUIREMENTS

• RN Diploma/RN Graduate Program
• Experience In Hospital Or Acute Care Setting Required
• 2 or more years experience Required
• New grads not accepted- client has there own nursing school
• Clear Communication Skills Both Written And Verbal
• Able To Keep Confidential Information Regarding Patients, Team Members
• Able To Withstand Crisis Situations
• Has Skills To Provides Customer Service To Patients, Team Members And Visitors
• Knowledge And Experience With Electronic Health Records

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• BLS (AHA)
