Job Summary: The ABA Program Manager plans and implement the overall ABA functions, policies, procedures and services for the Applied Behavioral Analyst team. Ensure efficient and effective operations for Registered Behavior Therapy. The ABA Program Manager identifies services through planning and facilitates program development.

Essential Functions:
- Organizes and directs operations on a daily basis to meet the strategic goals of the department and company.
- Maintains a staff of sufficient number to effectively provide quality care for NTSOC clients.
- Provide direct patient care as needed.
- Will get proper approval for new hires and decisions.
- Will work closely with ABA Program Consultant for continuous improvement of the program.
- Trains new personnel.
- Works with VP of Clinical Operations in developing the annual budget, understanding the budget and sharing information with therapy team about budget.
- Will develop annual goals for self, each team member and department.
- Understands and maintains productivity standards for the department.
- Continually assesses, measures and improve departmental performance by ensuring high standards of professional practice and promoting professional development
- Conducts annual staff performance reviews.
- Adheres to established budget
- Handle patient concerns/complaints within 3 business days.
- Responsible for hiring, coaching, mentoring, disciplinary actions and terminations if necessary
- Establishes and monitors for regulatory compliance
- Establishes auditing system for therapist to ensure documentation compliance

Minimum Education and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Special Education or related human services field
- Ability to demonstrate competence in behavior management skill, instructional skills, oral and written communication, organizational skills and interpersonal relations.
- Certified as a BCBA for a minimum of 2 years, unless prior approval is granted by CEO.
- Current on all required trainings/certifications.
- Driver’s insurance on file with HR Department.
- Transportation that is reliable and insured
Licenses/Registration
- Licensed therapist in the State of Colorado in good standing
- Valid CPR certification
