We are currently seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be working with our Call Center team to provide exceptional member service on all transactions, problem resolution, and educate members on the benefits of appropriate products or services that align with their financial needs. Every day, you will assist members and potential members with their telephone requests, answer questions about products and services, and resolve problems that are within your authority to resolve.
To thrive in this role, you should have one to three years of similar or related call center or financial institution experience. This position is one part member service and one part problem-solving. This might be the role for you if you enjoy work requiring strong interpersonal skills, a fast-paced environment, and a passion for helping others.

Call Center Hours of operation are: Monday-Friday 7:30am-6:00pm. Saturday 8:00-3:00pm.

- Experience providing a high level of member service in a call center environment.
- Assists existing and potential members with telephone requests.
- Answers questions regarding services and products to resolve problems. Involves management in problem resolution when necessary.
- Responsible for maintaining compliance with regulations, policy, controls, and security procedures.
- Proficient in English both writing and speaking
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills required
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and all internal systems as affiliated with the department
- Experience in multi-tasking, strong attention to detail, cross-selling, dealing with sensitive information, and problem resolution while providing exceptional service.
