What you will do :

• Provide freight arrangement and pricing services to Nutrien Ag Solutions locations requesting moves and carrier support, including long inventory moves
• Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of domestic order shipments from Nutrien Ag Solutions assigned warehouses and to retail and customer locations
• Manage freight costs by choosing the lowest cost carrier by balancing service vs cost when tendering freight to carriers
• Gather and track long inventory moves via spreadsheet or other electronic means for freight expense reclassification
• Serve as backup to Loveland Products, Inc. Freight Coordinators on an as needed basis
• When supporting Loveland Products, Inc. create and tender freight orders to carriers, create deliveries / Bill of Lading documentation for carriers and staging warehouses the SAP Transportation Management (TM) system
• Provide misc. support for domestic logistics functions as required, including documenting and analyzing freight rates and invoice data, adjusting freight order charges post-delivery, and uploading proof of delivery documentation into the CASS and TM system
• Manage and tender freight for 3rd party suppliers when requested from field personnel
• Manage freight claims with 3rd party carriers
• Other duties as assigned

What you will bring :

• Bachelor’s degree required; experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• 1 years of logistics, transportation, or customer service experience required

Compensation & Benefits :

Salary Range $55,444 - $83,160. This range is estimated for a Coordinator, Logistics in Colorado. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan and long-term incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
