Job Description
We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer for a Space Exploration industry leader. In this role, you’ll be responsible for enhancing and supporting ServiceNow functionalities and integrations. This is a great opportunity to join a growing and passionate team!
Primary Responsibilities
- Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- Build service requests from customer requirements including requests, request items and tasks using workflows (manage data flows from the customer to the support teams providing the service).
- Configuration/customization of the ServiceNow platform, including creating workflows.
- Use scripting tools and ServiceNow functionality to automate rote tasks fulfillment in ServiceNow.
- Perform integrations and process automation using ServiceNow Orchestration.
- Load, manipulate and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems.
- Perform system and integration testing with sample and live data Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of the application.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Information Technology or a related technical field plus 8 or more years related experience.
- 5 years experience as a developer in ServiceNow
- Ability to gather requirements and ability to interact with customers
- SAM and HAM
- UI/Javascript development
Bonus Skills
- ServiceNow application development certification
- C#, Ajax, Rest experience
- SaaS or SaaM
- Risk management
- Scrum skills
