What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Manager position at Nux?
As the Social Media Manager at NUX, you will be responsible for creating, executing, and planning social media direction, strategy and campaigns. This position will work directly with our CMO, Creative Director, and Lead Graphic Designer to create social content strategy across all channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning within the social and digital space and experience developing and implementing highly successful social media campaigns. We are ideally looking for a candidate with a background in creative direction as well as social media strategy and growth. We are looking for an artistic visionary who's able to predict and set upcoming trends as well as integrate them with our marketing strategies and content. This position will be the voice of the NUX community through all social channels - making communication skills, storytelling, and passion for activewear and fashion a strong qualification.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop social media strategies that expand brand awareness, drive customer growth and ultimately increase conversion.
- Work directly with CMO, Creative Director, and graphic designer to create engaging content that is consistent with our brand voice.
- Ability to fluently lead copy for captions, stories, emails, and website content.
- Identify and track sources that fuel online conversions, scaling and driving more traffic.
- Drive meaningful fan engagement across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and more.
- Oversee and manage planning (Later), content calendars (Monday), reporting, and optimizations across all social platforms.
- Daily management of all social media channels (primarily Instagram & Facebook), including responding to comments, questions, and DM's.
- Recognize and detect new trends to implement within our social strategy.
- Manage and coordinate all influencer gifting packages, spearheading outreach as well as fulfillment.
- Assist with other marketing strategies such as Instagram live, workouts, events, website edits, and emails. REQUIREMENTS
- 3 years Digital Marketing experience with a focus in Social Media and Creative Direction.
- Experience within the Fashion and/or Activewear.
- Well versed in digital media including new and emerging platforms.
- A passion for social media and highly active within your personal social presence.
- Strong communication skills; external, internal collaboration and negotiation.
- Well organized with attention to detail and ability to follow-through.
- Ability to wear multiple hats within a start-up.
