What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client service coordinator position at NVA?

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Client Relationship Specialist to provide support to our clients during their visit to Missoula Vet Clinic.
The Specialist is responsible for managing and building strong client relationships. On a daily basis, you will welcome customers to their appointments, talk with them about services our clinic offers, (in the exam room or in the lobby), and enhance the overall client experience.
The two primary components the specialist will educate clients on are our Happy, Healthy, Pets Care Plans and Missoula Vet Clinic's own online pharmacy for pet care products and medication.
A primary focus of Missoula Vet Clinic is keeping pets healthy and happy, our new care plans make this easier for clients by paying a monthly fee for services throughout the year rather than facing large bills when a pets needs arise.
The goal of the care plans is to allow clients to afford top notch veterinary care without struggling to pay for services all at once.
This is a win for the pets as well allowing the ability to closely monitor their health and catch illnesses sooner. This position would promote the plans and work with clients to get them enrolled.
This would also entail behind the scenes administrative work managing the plans and enrollees.
The ideal candidate would also enhance Missoula Vet Clinic's social media presence; improve client knowledge regarding the services and mission of Missoula Vet Clinic;
help clients with the Happy, Healthy, Pets app; and answer questions regarding pet insurance by using our partner Pawlicy.
Additional administrative tasks maybe required, including : answering phones, responding to client emails, monitoring client retention, preparing welcome packs, and helping the reception team when needed.
Required Skills :
One or more years in customer service is a must
Preferred sales experience
Great with people
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Attention to detail is a must
Outstanding phone etiquette
Ensure client satisfaction with each visit
Aid in the timely delivery of services to clients
Comfortable learning new computer programs
