WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: The Growth Leader for our Rail Vertical is a highly visible and influential position with outstanding growth potential. You will closely partner and collaborate with dedicated functional, marketing, and communications authorities, product management, engineering, and sales to grow our presence in the accelerating Rail space. This role is ideal for an upbeat individual with a deep knowledge of the rail industry, a strong network, and a desire to lead and drive business to growth. The VGL will act as a Business Manager being accountable to drive Strategy and critical metrics for the respective Vertical. Lead the strategy and execution for the global Vertical Rail within Schroff’s matrix organization Drive our value proposition so it fully resonates with external influencers and decision-makers and establishes us as the preferred solution partner at a global scale Identify and advocate for future market trends, and challenges to solve with new products, services, partnerships, and business development opportunities Coordinate with collaborators and other VGLs as well as General and Functional Managers globally to define sales targets (AOP) Excite, influence, train, and mentor the organization on how to sell best our value in the Rail space Represent the company as our Subject Matter Authority for the target industry and C-Level Leadership Define, measure, and account for the metrics for the vertical, by compiling a comprehensive report for the leadership teams YOU HAVE: Educational background in Engineering, Marketing or Business.
