We are seeking a diligent and detail oriented Finance Assistance to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various accounting and administrative tasks to ensure smooth financial operations and efficent office management.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounts Payable and Receivable Data Entry:
Accurately inputting and maintaining records of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Organizing and filing invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
Reconciliation of Credit Card Entries
Investigating and resolving any discrepancies or errors in a timely manner.
E-Filing of Financial Documents:
Managing electronic filing systems for financial documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
Assisting in the digitization and organization of financial records for efficient record-keeping.
Accounts Receivable Collections:
Assisting in the collection of outstanding accounts receivable balances.
Communicating with customers to follow up on overdue payments and resolve payment issues diplomatically.
General Administrative Duties:
Providing administrative support to the finance department and other team members as needed.
Handling incoming calls, emails, and inquiries related to financial matters.
Assisting with scheduling, meeting coordination, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Other Duties as assigned.
WORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Previous experience in accounting, finance, or administrative roles preferred.
Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping with strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
