Management Trainee Responsibilities:
- Execute the day-to-day field operations including sales, customer service, and account support while monitoring team performance and working with senior level managers to improve KPIs
- Understands the overarching company strategy, as well as communicates and models the core values of the organization, to create a sense of teamwork and membership among employees
- Educates new potential customers on sales promotions, services, and the benefits of our brand vs the competition
- Handles customer concerns and ensures an appropriate resolution
- Attend and participate in-office meetings to increase sales margins and improve customer satisfaction rating
- Provides product feedback to their direct leader, including recommendations regarding improving the consumer experience and product/service packages
- Complies with all established company policies and procedures while upholding the security and confidentiality of documents and data
Management Trainee Requirements:
- 1-3 years of prior knowledge in a Leadership role, Customer Service, Sales, or Client Relations is preferred
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields of study
- Roles in leadership positions and/or teams in school and at work.
- Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- High-energy, self-motivated team player with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Personable people who have built strong and lasting relationships with others.
