We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling payroll packages for delivery and performing various fulfillment-related tasks. You will ensure that each package meets quality standards and production timeline expectations while maintaining accurate tracking and security protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare payroll packages according to client numbers and ensure they are ready for delivery to meet quality and production timeline expectations.
- Complete all package confirmations and checklists to maintain accurate tracking and security of package flow and location.
- Adhere to all security and audit procedures as required by company policies to protect client information.
- Record and escalate any issues to appropriate parties to ensure output is not missing or incorrect.
- Maintain the readiness of all distribution equipment, including regular cleaning and user maintenance.
- Stage packaging supplies as necessary to maintain production readiness.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma required.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask without sacrificing quality or integrity of the package.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
