Job Description:
- Create Automation Test Strategy and Plan for a program involving multiple SaaS application and SAP (ECC and S4) applications
- Manage Test Automation SOW, identify risks and dependencies to project delivery
- Coordinate with client project teams and Third-Party Development vendor closely to understand scope of work in detail & make recommendations on effort estimates, ROI and timelines
- Manage onshore-offshore communication, experience of managing a team size of 12-15 Automation engineers at offshore is must
- Experience of in-sprint (N-1) automation, working in Agile project methodology which includes sprint wise planning
- Hands on experience and technical expertise on Worksoft Certify with exposure to Process Capture feature
- Excellent understanding of JIRA as Test Management tool
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as the role will demand a lot of coordination with several third-party vendors and project teams
