Internet / BDC Manager

The Internet / BDC Manager at Nyle Maxwell CDJR Austin is a leadership role responsible for managing incoming internet leads, phone calls, and long-term customer follow-up. The manager will supervise the BDC agents, provide processes and goals to achieve dealership targets, and collaborate closely with Sales Managers and the GM to drive team success.

Job Responsibilities:

· Analyze and print lead reports.

· Monitor activity and performance of lead sources.

· Attend manager meetings and training sessions as required.

· Supervise, train, and mentor BDC team members.

· Oversee BDC staff to ensure metric goals are met.

· Manage the hiring and counseling of BDC staff.

· Ensure prompt and professional handling of all leads (phone, internet, and follow-up).

· Update CRM status and customer profiles for effective follow-up.

· Coordinate with Inventory photographer to maintain up-to-date inventory merchandising.

· Monitor phone calls to ensure proper routing to departments.

· Stay informed about incoming inventory, price changes, and incentives.

· Communicate appointment activity with relevant managers and sales team.

· Assist with client communication to facilitate appointment setting and effective communication.

· Ensure completion of customer follow-up by BDC and sales staff.

· Manage no-show appointments and rescheduling.

· Monitor and analyze internet performance of the sales team.

· Communicate with the sales team regarding lead follow-up and closing percentages.

· Activate and deactivate employee profiles in CRM software.

Requirements:

· Authorized to work in the USA

· Ability to perform duties and responsibilities safely

· Clean driving record

· Valid driver's license
