As Branch Manager this role’s focus is to provide overall leadership through the technical and front office teams . The objective is to maximise the profitability of the branch through developing the people, managing resources efficiently and delivering exceptional customer service. Working Relationships Internal relationships – National and Regional Operations Management, Network Branch Managers, Sales Management including Business Development and Customer Solutions, Support Functions including Human Resources, Finance and Information Technology and Supply and Distribution. External relationships – Local customers (Insurers, Loss Assessors, Facilities Managers), Local Suppliers, relevant trade union officials. Leadership of the Branch Team Qualifications Essential Minimum Higher School Certificate or equivalent with formal qualification in Frontline or Business Management at Certificate or Diploma level. Experience & Attributes Essential Ability to demonstrate sound leadership and problem solving skills Operated at Senior Team Leader or Manager Level within Service Industry role with focus on people, financial and resource management for minimum five years. Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Exceptional interpersonal skills with a reputation for positively engaging and influencing others Strong attention to detail and accuracy A high level of self-awareness and desire for ongoing personal development Desire to succeed, with an energetic and enthusiastic approach Good organisational & time management skills with the ability to prioritise conflicting tasks--
