About the Program:
As a participant in the Manufacturing Graduate Development Program, you will be led by subject matter experts giving you the opportunity to learn from the best in the glass business. The program is designed to provide development opportunities to grow future manufacturing leaders. You will be prepared for a successful and long-lasting career within our manufacturing areas through challenging opportunities while being supported by a structured learning environment.
The ideal candidate will have earned a bachelor’s degree in a relevant Engineering, Operations, or Manufacturing Technology discipline with a graduation date of December 2023 to May 2024.

Salary Range: The salary this position is $85,000 and includes a possible 12% quarterly incentive bonus. Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
