Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers - Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions - Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers - Provide ongoing account management to ensure customer retention and upsell opportunities Qualifications: - Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in technology sales or related field - Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively market and sell products or services - Fluent in Spanish (preferred) - Strong customer service orientation - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
