We seek an Operator II with experience in offset printing or binding, that is result-driven for 1st, 2nd, and weekend shifts at our manufacturing plant in Monroe, NC (A full relocation package offered). Schedule
- 1st Shift: Tuesday-Friday 5:00am-3:30pm
- 2nd Shift: Tuesday-Friday 3:00pm-1:30am
- Weekend Shift: Sat, Sun, Mon 6:00am-6:30pm

Duties and Responsibilities
- Set up equipment at the beginning of each job according to the specifications provided on the job ticket
- Maintain equipment, troubleshoot problems, and perform preventative maintenance on equipment as needed
- Keep work area in order and follow prescribed safety regulations
- Make adjustments as required to return output to the proper specifications
- Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department manager
- Communicates status of jobs to department manager
- Follow standard operating procedures according to the department’s guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
- A minimum of five years of experience operating equipment in a (print) bindery environment
- High school graduate, or completion of GED.
- Perform all work and activities with honesty and integrity
- Take personal responsibility for productivity, quality and timeliness of work
- Challenge conventional practices and use creativity to lead, innovate, problem solve, and implement ideas to contribute to the growth of the organization
- Support and meet company/department goals and core values
