Role Description
The Help Desk, Associate role is an integral part of our growing team. The right candidate will report to the Help Desk Manager. Specific responsibilities include:
- Manage the Help Desk ( work closely with our Help Desk professionals assigning tickets and troubleshooting)
- Troubleshoot IT issues from desktop, server, and network
- Ensuring continuous uptime for computers, servers, and peripherals, and working with vendors to service basic medical equipment
- Assisting with the implementation of IT strategy
- Working with vendors to manage network infrastructure
- Coordinating with an outsourced IT service provider as needed
- Coordinating installation and maintenance of IT systems at new locations
- Assist with company expansion and be able to oversee daily construction progress for the IT buildout
- Procuring hardware and software
- Deploying hardware for new employees

- Knowledge of data center environments, hosting services, networks, and software as a service (SaaS)
- Ability to research emerging technologies and make recommendations that benefit our business
- Past professional experience in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years help desk / desktop experience
- Team lead or management experience a plus
- Experience working with a multiple OS (Microsoft, Chrome, Mac, IOS)
- Bachelor degree
- US work authorization
- A car (work related driving expenses will be reimbursed)
- Windows 10 administration and configuration
- Google G-Suite Administration
- Xerox Copier administration and configuration
- HP Laptop & Desktop break fix
- Video conferencing administration and configuration
- Audio Visual administration and configuration
